Infiniti Co-Operative Credit Union stands on the combined strengths of both credit unions. Gateway was born from an amalgamation of the Hanover and Montego Credit Unions on January 3, 2017, which made it a premier financial institution in the Cornwall region. EduCom Co-op. Credit Union, also the result of mergers had branches across several parishes within the corporate area, Mandeville and the St. Catherine region.

Both credit unions shared common values and a strong commitment to their members which made the partnership a seamless one. With an impressive, combined asset base of approximately J$30.6 Billion; a strong membership of over 176,000, this strategic merger will have significant benefits to the members and the sustained viability of the merged entity, resulting in an increased Capital Base to mitigate against risk. 

The Head Office of Infiniti Co-operative Credit Union Jamaica Limited will be located at 10 Oxford Terrace with a total of 13 branches island wide; strategically placed to adequately serve our very important and valued members.

The tagline of Infiniti Co-op Credit Union, “Where possibilities are endless”, aptly embodies the attractive suite of savings products, competitive loans and services for every stage of life. The name of the new Credit Union was coined by three members via a ‘Name Your Credit Union Competition’ held across both credit unions.
